Public beta on iPhone and Android.
Every device.
One honest reading.
Your watch, your scale and your food log each tell a different story. We set them against each other and against your own usual, and say only what your nights have earned.
Free while in beta. The iPhone and Android apps are test builds: ask and we'll send you an invite.

Reads what you already wear. Checks them against each other.

The truth layer
Two watches, two answers. One line you can trust.
Every device app shows its own number. We set yours against each other on the nights they share, correct the offset, and weigh each by how well it agrees with the rest. Change watches and your history carries on.
Where one hands over to another with no nights in common, we draw a break, not a join. Pretending otherwise would be inventing your history.
“Your Whoop reads 0.7 bpm lower than your Apple Watch on 267 shared nights; corrected.”
How we say it, from the founder's own record.
Made up nights, to show the idea.
Earned, not guessed
We don't rule on one night.
Most health apps hand you a score from day one. We say how far a read has to go, show every figure as a range, and call a change only when a 95% interval clears zero. Until then it is a hint, and we say so.
- Night 1A reading, not a pattern.
- Night 3A first pattern: did the range hold?
- Night 7Your usual range, and a first hint, with its interval.
- Night 30A ruling, and only if the interval clears zero.
What it does
Everything you track, read the same honest way.
- 01TodayYour day so far, in one sentence.Only what is earned: the workouts done, food within your goal, a night better than your usual, every dose taken. Then a ring each, and a tap to its page.
- 02Alcohol freeAlcohol free, with proof.Three numbers that never erase: this run, every alcohol free day, the longest run. Then what your nights did since you stopped, against your own nights before.
- 03FoodOne honest figure for every meal.Snap it, scan it, search it or say it. The scale checks the sums: your maintenance comes from what you ate against what your weight did, not a formula.
- 04WeightOne weight, on every screen.Smoothed so a salty dinner never reads as a gain, with a band that widens each day since you last stepped on. The trend referees everything else.
- 05MedicationsYour medicine, against your own nights.A pill a dose, reminders on the phone, what the label says it usually does, and in time what your own nights say. General information, never advice.
- 06ActivitiesEvery session, counted once.Your watch and your apps write the same workout twice. We keep one, with your heart through it and your week against the 150 minute guideline.

Ask
Ask about your own numbers. Get counted answers.
Every count, mean and interval is worked out in code before a word is written, so the answer quotes your figures, never a guess. Each one ends by saying what it read: which reading, which device, which nights.
Nothing is sent to an AI until you tap, and you allow it once.

Private by design
Your health data is yours. Nobody else's.
No one can see your health data
Not us, not anyone. Every row is locked to your own account by the database itself.
Read only
We read from Apple Health and Health Connect. We never write to them.
Never sold, never for ads
Your data is not the product. There are no advertising pixels, here or in the app.
AI only with your yes
A meal photo or a question goes to Claude only when you tap, and only after you allow it once.
Usage counted only if you agree
And then only which features are used, never a reading, a food or a medicine.
Yours to take or delete
Export everything, or delete your account, from Settings.
The whole policy, in plain words: our privacy policy.
Your health, read honestly.
Ask for the iPhone or Android test build. Bring your watch's history with you; we'll lay out the nights, the usual and what has changed.
